Returns

Our return& refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We do not support exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*Non-returnable situations:

1.Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 

2.Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

*Only partially refundable situations:

1.Book with obvious signs of use

2.CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

3.Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our mistake.

*Additional non-returnable items:

1.Gift cards

2.Downloadable software products

3.Some health and personal care items

 

Refunds (if applicable)

1.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Please contact us by contact form for return address and contact.

4. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and customs taxes. Once your return is received and inspected by Gem Rocky, we will send you an email in 2 days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in next 5 days, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

*Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take over 10 business days before your refund is officially posted according to different banks. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that the natural crystals and stones we offer may have variations in color, shape, and size, which means the products you receive may differ from the images displayed on our website. These natural differences are what make each piece unique, and while we strive to accurately represent our products, we cannot guarantee that all crystals will look exactly like the website images.

If you have concerns about these natural variations, we kindly ask that you consider this before placing an order. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the uniqueness of each item.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

Our website does not accept any form of credit card chargebacks. If you receive broken or missing items, please contact us directly via email or phone. We are committed to resolving the issue and will provide a refund according to the extent of the loss.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products. Please note that the shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer. Once we have received the returned goods and confirmed their condition, we will process your refund.

However, any attempt at a malicious chargeback will be addressed seriously. We will report such actions to your credit card company to protect our legal rights. Please be aware that this will negatively impact your credit scores on your bank and result in restrictions on your ability to use credit cards in the future as this is a fruad.
