What is the shipping condition?

Attention: we have minimum order quantity requirements for some low-price products as is marked in the products description area. If the customer does not meet the minimum purchase amount marked of the low value products, we may not ship and refund the amount that the customer has purchased.

The reason for setting a minimum purchase quantity is that less than the minimum purchase quantity will prevent us from sourcing in time and it may cause order processing problems.

Where do we ship to?

We provide stepped international shipping to the majority of countries except some countries we cannot ship to yet.

What are the shipping charges?

All international orders are subject to international shipping charges based on the recipient's address, sea shipping and air shipping provided. Customers can clearly see the name and price of the shipping on the checkout page, providing air shipping and sea shipping, with different prices and timeliness.
Sea shipping only provided when package is at or over 10 kilograms.
Attention: Sea shipping is not provided for Hawaii and Alaska state, only air shipping provided. If you choose sea shipping at checkout, we will cancel your order or you can contact us to pay additional fees for air shipping.

What are the shipping terms?

GEMROCKY operates under the DAP (Delivered at Place) shipping term, meaning customers are responsible for handling customs clearance and any applicable taxes according to the destination country’s tariff policies. The local transportation company will deliver the parcel to the recipient's address.

As customers are responsible for tariffs, if you wish to avoid paying high tariffs, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to specify the value you would like us to declare for customs purposes. If we do not receive your instruction within 24 hours, we will declare the package’s value as the order amount. Please be aware that we do not accept any revisions after 24 hours from the order placement.

Also, please note that declaring a value that is too low may result in the package being detained or fines imposed by customs.

What is the average shipping time?

For international shipping:

  • Air shipping: Approximately 10-15 days for delivery.
  • Sea shipping: Approximately 30-40 days for delivery.

What is the order processing time?

We process orders within 7 business days and deliver within 3 days.

How to track my order?

The system will send an email with a tracking number and shipping company name to your email address when we start to deliver your parcel. You can enter the tracking number on this page to track the trace of your parcel. Or you can track your parcel on the shipping company official website by entering the tracking number we provide.

What shipping companies do we use?

We provide shipping via shipping companies such as UPS, FedEx, DPD, DHL etc. based on the logistics situation of the recipient's country.
