Important Shipping Policy Update for US Customers

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to inform you of significant changes to U.S. import regulations that may affect your orders.

Effective May 2, 2025, the U.S. government will eliminate the $800 de minimis duty-free exemption for imports from China and Hong Kong. Consequently, all packages from these regions, regardless of value, will be subject to import tariffs upon arrival in the U.S.

Tariff Details:

May 2 – May 31, 2025145% of the package's value or a flat $100 per item, whichever is higher.

June 1, 2025, and onwards: 145% of the package's value or a flat $200 per item, whichever is higher.

Shipping Terms:

Under our Delivered at Place (DAP) shipping terms, customers are responsible for customs clearance and any applicable tariffs or taxes.

Declared Value for Customs:

To help manage potential costs, you may specify a declared value for customs by contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order. The declared value will determine the tariffs you may be required to pay.

If we do not receive instructions within 24 hours, we will declare the package at the order value, and no revisions can be made after this time.

Please be aware that declaring a value that is too low could result in your package being detained or incur customs fines.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this policy change, but it is in response to recent government regulations. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Thank you for your understanding.
